If you have a dream and you can achieve it all on your own, you are dreaming too small.

Mandolen was born in Fort Worth, TX and is a die hard Texas Rangers fan! Inspired by her family's history in politics, she obtained a bachelor's degree in Political Science & Psychology and a MBA in International Business at McLane College of Business from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Amassing over a decade of corporate leadership experience, she obtained her Ph.D. from the Soules College of Business at the University of Texas at Tyler in Organizational Development & Change. Her most recent certification is a post-doc in Positive Psychiatry & Mental Health from the University of Sydney and she is currently pursuing a certification in NeuroLeadership from MIT Sloan. Since obtaining her degrees, she has worked with global clients in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, media, and trades (to name a few!). Specifically, she helps organizations with change implementation and leader development training. The daughter of a master stone mason entrepreneur, Mandolen has a great appreciation for the responsibility of leaders in building trades and manufacturing realms. Mandolen's leadership style hinges on Authentic and Developmental. Having been taught a love for reading by her librarian mother, Mandolen has written a leadership handbook and is currently publishing her multi-series memoir titled Mullings, Mullivation, and MullMentum. Mandolen has spent the past two years as an unexpected, overnight, foster mother to a precious little girl.

It is a work requirement at MullMentum to be obsessed with your dog(s)!

Mandolen is lead by her Basset Hound, Bilbo Baggins, and rescue Morkie, Griffin. If you follow her on social media, you will find all that the Bad News Basset and Griffin The Terrible are up to!

Dr. Joe Mullikin grew up in a multitude of places, with his roots in Texas and spending his formative years in southeast Michigan. While his heart is in Texas, his sports are in Michigan. He is a die-hard Detroit Tigers and Michigan football fan, although upon moving to Illinois, he made the regrettable mistake of becoming a die-hard Chicago Bears fan. His passion for learning and working to help others see greater in themselves led him into education, after time spent working for Prudential, ATI Physical Therapy, and in other non-educational fields. He graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, and went on to earn his Master of Arts in Teaching from Rockford University, an M.S.Ed. in Educational Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University. During this time, he taught not only at the high school level but also at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He also trains union trade instructors.
Joe has built a strong reputation in both the educational field and in the realm of business development as an expert in organizational effectiveness, culture, and sustainability. He is a trained Baldridge evaluator and has worked with multiple international organizations, aligning and effectively deploying their key goals. He has a deep belief in focusing on the development of the whole person, not just seeing individuals as employees. As such, his research focuses on the connection between strong emotional intelligence and organizational culture.

In keeping with the MullMentum requirement of being "dog people", Joe also has a tattoo of his dog on the back of his leg. There is only one Rosie! You can find more about his work and heart at One More Time Consulting and his podcast, Life Mentored.
