Mandolen was born in Fort Worth, TX and is a die hard Texas Rangers fan! Inspired by her family's history in politics, she obtained a bachelor's degree in Political Science & Psychology and a MBA in International Business at McLane College of Business from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Amassing over a decade of corporate leadership experience, she obtained her Ph.D. from the Soules College of Business at the University of Texas at Tyler in Organizational Development & Change. Since obtaining her degrees, she has worked with global clients in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, media, and trades (to name a few!). Specifically, she helps organizations with change implementation and leader development training. The daughter of a master stone mason entrepreneur, Mandolen has a great appreciation for the responsibility of leaders in building trades and manufacturing realms. Mandolen's leadership style hinges on Authentic and Developmental. Having been taught a love for reading by her librarian mother, Mandolen just finished her first book,

Rachelle was born and raised in the Rockford, IL area. She is a mother of four and a first-generation college graduate earning her Bachelor of Science in Management Studies in 2017 and her MBA with a concentration in Government and Not-For-Profit in 2020 from Rockford University. She has over 20 years of experience in the education, finance, and healthcare fields. Rachelle is passionate about strategically aligning an organization's efforts to achieve a culture focused on growth where employees feel empowered to reach their fullest potential. Rachelle's leadership style is Coaching and Empowering. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family and of course, her Husky-Aussie mix pup, Cena.
Brooke was born and raised in Belvidere, IL. She graduated from Rockford University with her Bachelor of Science in Management Studies in 2020 and her MBA with a concentration in Project Management in 2021. Brooke has 5 years of sales and marketing experience at the business her father founded over thirty years ago. She is extremely passionate about giving back when she can and does so by working with local charitable organizations. Brooke's leadership style is Servant and Participative. She loves being with friends and family, traveling to Disney and of course spending every second she can with her Morkie, Lanie!
